You can share a connection you created with other workspaces, allowing their members to use it in their workflows. This is useful for enabling collaboration across teams or standardizing access to external services.

Open Share Settings for a Connection
Navigate to the Connections page. Click the icon next to the connection you want to share, then select Share.

Select Workspaces to Share With
Use the search bar to find and select the workspaces you want to share the connection with.

Confirm the Share
Click Add to share the connection. Members of the selected workspace(s) can now use the connection in their workflows.

Review Sharing Details
The information box shows all workspaces the connection is shared with, along with the email address of the user who shared it.
