Uploads a file and attaches it to a record in a ServiceNow table.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
File Identifier	The identifier of the file. You can create a file identifier using the `Download File From A URL` action.
Record System ID	The System ID of the record that the file will be attached to.
Table Name	The name of the table that the file will be uploaded to.
