Create Note With Attachments - BlinkOps Documentation

Create a note on a Freshservice ticket with attachments. Notes:

Important: The total size of all the ticket’s attachments cannot exceed 40 MB.
By default, any note that you add will be private. To add a public note, set private to false.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Body	The content of the note in HTML format.
File Identifiers	A comma-separated list of the identifiers of the files. A file identifier represents a file created or referenced earlier in the workflow (for example, from a file action or another step that produces a file). See Using with Files in Workflowsfor more details.
Incoming	Select to make the note appear as created from outside the web portal.
Notify Emails	A comma-separated list of agent or user email addresses to notify about this note.
Private	Select to create a private note.
Ticket ID	The ID of the ticket to add the note to.
User ID	The ID of the agent or user who is adding the note.
