- Important: The total size of all the ticket’s attachments cannot exceed 40 MB.
- By default, any note that you add will be private. To add a public note, set
privatetofalse.

Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Body | The content of the note in HTML format. |
| File Identifiers | A comma-separated list of the identifiers of the files. A file identifier represents a file created or referenced earlier in the workflow (for example, from a file action or another step that produces a file). See Using with Files in Workflowsfor more details. |
| Incoming | Select to make the note appear as created from outside the web portal. |
| Notify Emails | A comma-separated list of agent or user email addresses to notify about this note. |
| Private | Select to create a private note. |
| Ticket ID | The ID of the ticket to add the note to. |
| User ID | The ID of the agent or user who is adding the note. |
