Create Reply - BlinkOps Documentation

Create a reply on a Freshservice ticket. Note: To create a reply with attachments, use Create Reply With Attachments action.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
BCC Emails	A comma-separated list of email addresses to add to the `bcc` field of the outgoing ticket email.
Body	The content of the reply in HTML format.
CC Emails	A comma-separated list of email addresses to add to the `cc` field of the outgoing ticket email.
From Email	The email address from which the reply is sent. By default, the global support email is used.
Ticket ID	The ID of the ticket to reply to.
User ID	The ID of the agent or user who is adding the reply.
