Create a reply on a Freshservice ticket. Note: To create a reply with attachments, use Create Reply With Attachments action.

Parameters

ParameterDescription
BCC EmailsA comma-separated list of email addresses to add to the bcc field of the outgoing ticket email.
BodyThe content of the reply in HTML format.
CC EmailsA comma-separated list of email addresses to add to the cc field of the outgoing ticket email.
From EmailThe email address from which the reply is sent. By default, the global support email is used.
Ticket IDThe ID of the ticket to reply to.
User IDThe ID of the agent or user who is adding the reply.
