The Case Management feature allows you to effectively handle security incident investigations by providing detailed information and logs in one place on a single dashboard. This, in turn, allows for quicker responses to security incidents as soon as they are detected or identified.

Case Management Version
To determine which version of Case Management you are using, check the Pack details. It will display a note such as “Deployed from v8.2” or “Deployed from v9.0”, indicating the version it was deployed from.
