For notes, prefix the value with + to append to existing notes instead of overwriting them.

Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Record UID or Title | The UID or title of the existing device record to update. Can be obtained using the List Records action. |
| New Title | A new title for the device record. Leave empty to keep the current title. |
| Username | The login username for the device. |
| Password | The new password for the device. |
| Notes | Notes for the device record. Prefix with + to append to existing notes (e.g., +Updated on 2024-01-15). Without the prefix, notes are overwritten. |
