Installed version 17.1.6. Notes:

Creating user accounts without email verification is only permitted on reserved domains.
This command is restricted to keeper enterprise administrators.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Email	The email address of the new user.
Name	The display name of the new user.
Node	The name or ID of the node to add the new user to.
Folder	The folder path or UID to store the created user credentials record in. Can be obtained using the `List Shared Folders` action.
