Parameters
| Parameter | Description |

| User email address. | |
| First Name | User’s first name: cannot contain more than 5 Chinese words. |
| Last Name | User’s last name: cannot contain more than 5 Chinese words. |
| Type | User type:1 - Basic.2 - Licensed.3 - On-prem.99 - None (this can only be set with ssoCreate). |
| User Feature Zoom Phone | Whether the user has the Zoom Phone feature enabled. |
