Updates the user. Only provided fields are modified. Note: Maximum 20 requests per minute are allowed. For more information about the required permissions refer to Access Control.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Avatar URL	The avatar URL of the user to update.
Role ID	The ID of the role to assign to the user.
Status	Select the status to assign to the user.
User ID	The ID of the user that is assigned to the issue. Can be obtained using `List Users` action.
User Name	The name of the user to update.
