Rule Name	Name of the existing transport rule to modify.
Sender Domain Exceptions	Comma separated list of domains that will become an exception to this transport rule. Incoming mail from this domain will not be affected by the rule. Example: blinkops.com,example.com
Sender Domains	Comma separated list of domains that will be affected by this transport rule. Example: blinkops.com,example.com
