Basic Parameters

Parameter	Description
Category Code	Category code provided by PhishLabs, please contact your PhishLabs representative for a list of categories applicable to your organization.
Flags	The associated flags of the call.
Request ID	Internal tracking number.
URL	The URL of the incident.

Comment	Description of the incident.
Incident Source	The source of the incident.
Keywords	Keywords you want to associated with the incident.
Product	The product or brand associated with this submission. Please contact your PhishLabs representative for a list of brands applicable to your organization.
