Add a user account to a local security group.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Add By	Select whether to add to the security group by ID or by it’s name.
Security Group ID	The ID of the local security group to add the user to.
Security Group Name	The name of the local security group to add the user to.
User ID	The ID of the user to add.
