Send Message In Chat

Send a new message in the specified chat.

Please note that this action is supported only for the delegated (OAuth) method. Application permissions are only supported for migration.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Chat ID	The ID of the chat to send the message in.
Message	The content of the chat message.
Subject	The subject of the chat message.
