Dismiss the risk of a risky user(s). This action sets the targeted user(s) risk level to none.
Requires the IdentityRiskyUser.ReadWrite.All permission.

| User IDs | A comma seperated list of risky user IDs to dismiss. Can be retrieved from the List Risky Users action. |
