Create a new custom module record.
Parameters

| Attributes | The custom attributes of the custom module record.
Note: Each attribute must be pre-configured in the application settings (Setup/Developer Space/Custom Modules) before using this action.

| Custom Module API Name | The API name. Must start with cm_ prefix.
