Create User

Creates a user.

Note: If the user exists but does not have access to Jira, the operation returns a 400 status.

Permissions required: Administer Jira global permission.

Please note, this action is supported only by the API Token Connection.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Email Address	The email address of the user to create.
Products	Products the new user has access to. To create a user without product access, leave the field empty.
