Creates a user.
Note: If the user exists but does not have access to Jira, the
operation returns a 400 status.
Permissions required: Administer Jira global
permission.
Please note, this action is supported only by the API Token Connection.
Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
|---|
| Email Address | The email address of the user to create. |
| Products | Products the new user has access to. To create a user without product access, leave the field empty. |
