Reset an existing vault user’s password (non-component users only). Required Permissions for using this action:

Note: The user who runs this action must be in the same vault location or higher as the user whose password is being reset.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
New Password	The user’s new password. The password’s maximum length is 39 characters and must meet the vault’s password policy requirements.
User ID	The ID of the non-component user to reset password to.
