Basic Parameters

Parameter	Description
Recipients	A comma-separated list of email addresses that will receive notifications about client list changes.
Unique IDs	A comma-separated list of client list IDs to monitor for changes and send notifications about.

Parameter	Description
Account Switch Key	An account switch key to execute the operation on behalf of a different account.
