Make an outbound phone call.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
From	The phone number to call from. The Twilio phone number belonging to the account sending the request. This phone number has to be a voice-enabled phone number. For more information, follow the Twilio Documentation.
To	The phone number to call.
Twiml	Instructions in the form TwiML that explains what should happen when the other party picks up the phone.
