Parameters

ParameterDescription
FromThe phone number to call from.
The Twilio phone number belonging to the account sending the request.

This phone number has to be a voice-enabled phone number. For more information, follow the Twilio Documentation.
ToThe phone number to call.
TwimlInstructions in the form TwiML that explains what should happen when the other party picks up the phone.
