Retrieve the intact full Abuse Message which was submitted.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Alert ID	The ID value of alert to retrieve.
Email File Name	Specify what the email should be saved as once the call has completed, this should include the email extension of .eml. For example “-o email.eml” will save the downloaded email as email.eml.
