Basic Parameters
| Parameter | Description |

| Ticket ID | The service ticket’s external ID in its ticketing provider, e.g. “JR-123”. |
| Ticket Type | The ticket vendor type. |
| Vulnerability ID | The vulnerability ID to be updated. Can be retrieved from the ‘List Vulnerabilities’ action. |
Advanced Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Closed At | The datetime to mark when a vulnerability was closed. |
| Due Date | The date a vulnerability needs to be fixed by. |
| Status | The status to be updated to for this vulnerability. |
