Create Person - BlinkOps Documentation

Create a new user account for a given organization. Only an admin can create a new user account. The following permissions are required to run this action:

spark-admin:people_write
spark-admin:people_read

Basic Parameters

Parameter	Description
Department	The business department the user belongs to.
Display Name	The full name of the user to be created.
Email Address	The email addresses of the user to be created.
First Name	The first name of the user to be created.
Last Name	The last name of the user to be created.
Manager ID	The user’s manager ID.
Title	The title of the user to be created.

Advanced Parameters

Parameter	Description
Address	The new user’s address.
Licenses	A comma separated array of the licenses allocated to the user. For the available values, please visit Cisco Webex.
