SentinelOne is designed to protect enterprises from ransomware and other malware threats.
Creating a SentinelOne connection
If you do not have the correct permissions, you may not be able to generate API tokens.
To create the connection you need:
- An API token
- An API address
Obtaining the credentials
Go to your SentinelOne domain.
In the top-right corner, click on your user > My User.
In the dialog box click Generate to generate an API token.
If you have previously generated an API token with SentinelOne, click Options > Regenerate API token. If a dialog box does not appear, check the Network to see the error.A dialog box with your token appears.Copy and securely save the token.
Creating your connection
- In the Blink platform, navigate to the Connections page > Add connection. A New Connection dialog box opens displaying icons of external service providers available.
- Select the SentinelOne icon. A dialog box with name of the connection and connection methods appears.
- (Optional) Edit the name of the connection. At a later stage you cannot edit the name.
- Select API Token as the method to create the connection.
- Fill in the parameters:
- The API token
- The API address
- (Optional) Click Test Connection to test it.
- Click Create connection. The new connection appears on the Connections page.
