Google Forms is a web-based forms application provided by Google that allows users to create and modify forms and quizzes, retrieve form responses and quiz grades, set up quiz answer keys with automatic feedback, and receive push notifications.

Creating a Google Forms connection​

Create the connection by using one of the following methods:

Using OAuth​

Creating your connection​

  1. In the Blink platform, navigate to the Connections page > Add connection. A New Connection dialog box opens displaying icons of external service providers available.
  2. Select the Google Forms icon. A dialog box with name of the connection and connection methods appear.
  3. (Optional) Edit the name of the connection. At a later stage you cannot edit the name.
  4. Click Google Forms to authenticate using OAuth.
  5. Sign in using your credentials.
