Druva
Druva provides cloud-based data protection and management solutions. Druva’s platform offers features such as data backup, disaster recovery, and data archiving. Druva can be used to protect a wide range of data sources, including physical servers, virtual machines, and cloud applications. The platform also provides features for data governance, compliance, and security.
Creating a Druva connection
Using Client Registration
To create the connection you need:
- A Client ID
- A Client Secret
Obtaining the credentials

Log in with your Druva account.

Click on the menu button in the top left corner.

Click on
Druva Cloud Settings
. -
Navigate to
API Credentials
on the left-hand panel and click theNew Credentials
Button. -
Give a name and a description to the credentials and click on
Save
. -
Copy the
Client ID
andClient Secret
.
Creating your connection

In the Blink platform, navigate to the Connections page > Add connection. A New Connection dialog box opens displaying icons of external service providers available.

Select the Druva icon. A dialog box with name of the connection and connection methods appear.

(Optional) Edit the name of the connection. At a later stage you cannot edit the name.

Select Client Registration as the method to create the connection.

Fill in the parameters:
- The Client ID
- The Client Secret

(Optional) Click Test Connection to test it.

Click Create connection. The new connection appears on the Connections page.
