Create a webhook subscription.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Authorization Header	An optional HTTP Authorization Header to send with each webhook.
Description	The description of the webhook subscription.
Enable Webhook	Select to enable the webhook subscription.
Event Types	A comma-separated or JSON list of event types to subscribe to.
Webhook ID	An identifier for the webhook subscription to create.
Webhook URL	The URL to send the webhook payload to.
