Create a destination list.

Basic Parameters

Parameter	Description
Destination type	The type of the destination in the list. Set `1` for DNS, `2` for Web.
Is Global	Specifies whether the destination list is a global destination list. Please not that there could be only one global destination list for each type(allow and block) for an organization.
List type	The type of the destination list.
Name	The name of the destination list.

Advanced Parameters

Parameter	Description
Destinations	An array of the destinations that will be added to the list. For example: `[ { “comment”: “A comment about test destination”, “destination”: “cisco.com”, “type”: “DOMAIN” } ]`
