# Invite Channel Members

Invite members that are in a user's contact list to a channel.

## Parameters

  | Parameter  | Description                                                                                                                                                                                                                  |
  | ---------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  | Channel ID | The channel's unique identifier.                                                                                                                                                                                             |
  | Members    | The members to add. You can invite up to 20 members with a single execute.<br /><br />Example:<br /><pre><code>\[<br />  \{<br />    "email": "[jchill@example.com](mailto:jchill@example.com)"<br />  }<br />]</code></pre> |
  | User ID    | The unique identifier of the user who is a member of this channel. For user-level apps, pass `me` instead of the user ID.                                                                                                    |
