# Create User

Create new user.

## Parameters

  | Parameter               | Description                                                                                                                     |
  | ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  | Email                   | User email address.                                                                                                             |
  | First Name              | User's first name: cannot contain more than 5 Chinese words.                                                                    |
  | Last Name               | User's last name: cannot contain more than 5 Chinese words.                                                                     |
  | Type                    | User type:<br />`1` - Basic.<br />`2` - Licensed.<br />`3` - On-prem.<br />`99` - None (this can only be set with `ssoCreate`). |
  | User Feature Zoom Phone | Whether the user has the **Zoom Phone** feature enabled.                                                                        |
