# Update Alert Notes

Update the notes of a specified alert.

**Note:** The new notes replace the existing notes of the alert. To append, get the current notes using the `Get Alert` action and include them in the new notes.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Description |
| - | - |
| Alert ID | The ID of the alert. You can get alert IDs using the `List Alerts` action. |
| Notes | The notes to set on the alert. |
