# Update Check Item On A Card

Update an item in a checklist on a card.

## Parameters

  | Parameter     | Description                              |
  | ------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
  | Card ID       | The ID of the Card.                      |
  | Check Item ID | The ID of the checkitem.                 |
  | Checklist ID  | The ID of the checklist this item is in. |
  | Name          | The new name for the checklist item.     |
  | Position      | `top`, `bottom`, or a positive float.    |
  | State         | One of: `complete`, `incomplete`.        |
