# Update File Properties

Update properties of a file.

* **Least privileged** Microsoft Graph permission to access the action via **application**: `Files.ReadWrite.All`.
* Higher privileged Microsoft Graph permissions to access the action via **application**: `Sites.ReadWrite.All`.

## Parameters

  | File Name | The new name of the file.                                                  |
  | Item ID   | The ID of the item in a list. Can be obtained via the `List Items` action. |
  | Site ID   | The ID of the site. Can be obtained via the `List Sites` action.           |
