Get details on expense group configuration by its ID.

## Parameters

  | Expense Group Configuration ID | The ID of the expense group configuration.                                                                                                                                    |
  | User                           | The login ID of the owner of the expense group configurations. <br /><br />**Note:** The connected application must have the `Web Services Admin` role to use this parameter. |
