# Create Legal Hold

Place a legal hold on snapshots.

## Parameters

  | Parameter            | Description                                                                            |
  | -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  | Should Hold In Place | Select to hold the snapshot in place.                                                  |
  | Snapshot IDs         | A comma-separated list of the identifiers of the snapshots to be placed on legal hold. |
  | User Note            | An optional note to add to the legal hold.                                             |
