# Create Comment

Create a comment for a specific target.

## Parameters

  | --------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
  | Attachments     | A comma-separated list of RRNs to attach to the comment. |
  | Content         | The content of the comment to create.                    |
  | Target Resource | The target for the comment to create.                    |
