# Count Host Assets

Get the count of assets in the Global IT Asset Inventory that satisfy the specified filter criteria.

## Parameters

  | Parameter | Description |
  | - | - |
  | Filter | The Qualys QQL query used to filter the assets to count.<br /><br />**For Example:** `netbiosName: 'acme' AND assetName: 'acme.qualys.com'`. |
  | Last Modified Date | The date used to count only assets modified on or after this date. |
  | Last Seen Asset ID | The asset ID used to count only assets with an ID greater than this value. |
