# Create Incident

Create a new incident.

## Basic Parameters

  | Category Code | Category code provided by PhishLabs, please contact your PhishLabs representative for a list of categories applicable to your organization. |
  | Flags         | The associated flags of the call.                                                                                                           |
  | Request ID    | Internal tracking number.                                                                                                                   |
  | URL           | The URL of the incident.                                                                                                                    |

  | Product         | The product or brand associated with this submission. Please contact your PhishLabs representative for a list of brands applicable to your organization. |
