# Update Alert Status

Update the status or assignee of a specified alert.

## Parameters

  | Parameter | Description                                                             |
  | --------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  | Alert ID  | The ID of the alert. Can be obtained by using the `List Alerts` action. |
  | Assignee  | The ID of the assignee for the alert.                                   |
  | Status    | The status of the alert.                                                |
