# Wipe Device

Wipe a device.

* **Least privileged** Microsoft Graph permission to access the action via **application**: `DeviceManagementManagedDevices.PrivilegedOperations.All`, `DeviceManagementManagedDevices.ReadWrite.All`.

## Parameters

  | ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  | Keep Enrollment Data   | Select to keep enrollment data on the device after the wipe.                                                                                                                                            |
  | Keep User Data         | Select to keep user data on the device after the wipe.                                                                                                                                                  |
  | Mac Os Unlock Code     | A six-digit recovery `PIN` used when remotely wiping a `Mac` via `MDM`.                                                                                                                                 |
  | Managed Device ID      | The ID of the managed device. Can be obtained using the `List Managed Devices` action.                                                                                                                  |
  | Obliteration Behavior  | Select the fallback wipe behavior for modern Macs. For more information see [Obliteration Behavior options](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/intune-devices-obliterationbehavior). |
  | Persist Esim Data Plan | Select to retain the eSIM cellular data plan during the device wipe.                                                                                                                                    |
