# Remove Member From Group

Remove a member from a group via the members navigation property. You can't remove a member from groups with dynamic memberships.

* **Least privileged** Microsoft Graph permission to access the action via **application**: `GroupMember.ReadWrite.All`.
* **Higher privileged** Microsoft Graph permissions to access the action via **application**: `Directory.ReadWrite.All`, `Group.ReadWrite.All`.

## Parameters

  | Group ID  | The ID of the group to remove the member from. |
  | User ID   | The user ID of the member to remove.           |
