# Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud

> ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud is a comprehensive, cloud-native ITSM suite that integrates help desk features with asset management, project tracking, and advanced automation to streamline IT service delivery from a single platform.

## Creating a Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud connection

Create the connection by using one of the following methods:

### Using OAuth

#### Creating your connection

1. In the Blink platform, navigate to the **Connections** page > **Add connection**. A New Connection dialog box opens displaying icons of external service providers available.
2. Select the **Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud** icon. A dialog box with name of the connection and connection methods appear.
3. (Optional) Edit the name of the connection. At a later stage you cannot edit the name.
4. Click **ServiceDesk Plus Cloud** to authenticate using OAuth.
5. Sign in using your credentials.
