# Create Case

Create a new case.

## Basic Parameters

  | Name      | The name of the case.     |
  | Priority  | The priority of the case. |
  | Summary   | Summary of the case.      |

## Advanced Parameters

  | ----------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  | Due Date    | The due date of the case.                                                                                  |
  | Entity ID   | Entity to assign to the case. Not setting this property will assign the case to the user's default entity. |
  | External ID | An external ID for the case.                                                                               |
