# Living Security

> Living Security is a cybersecurity awareness and human risk management platform that helps organizations reduce security threats caused by human error. It offers engaging, gamified training experiences, phishing simulations, and analytics to drive long-term behavior change across the workforce. By identifying high-risk users and delivering targeted training, Living Security empowers security teams to build a security-first culture while proactively managing human risk.

## Creating a Living Security connection

### Using Client ID & Secret

To create the connection you need:

* A Region
* A Client ID
* A Client Secret

Follow [Living Security's docs](https://docs.api.livingsecurity.com/docs/oauth-client-credentials) in order to get the credentials.

#### Creating your connection

1. In the Blink platform, navigate to the **Connections** page > **Add connection**. A New Connection dialog box opens displaying icons of external service providers available.
2. Select the **Living Security** icon. A dialog box with name of the connection and connection methods appear.
3. (Optional) Edit the name of the connection. At a later stage you cannot edit the name.
4. Select **Client ID & Secret** as the method to create the connection.
5. Fill in the parameters:
   * The Region
   * The Client ID
   * The Client Secret
6. (Optional) Click **Test Connection** to test it.
7. Click **Create connection**. The new connection appears on the **Connections** page.
