# Scan File

Upload a file to scan for analysis.

## Parameters

  | Parameter       | Description                                                                                                                                                                                |
  | --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
  | Comments        | Comments to add to the analysis.                                                                                                                                                           |
  | File Identifier | The identifier of the file. You can create a file identifier using the `Set File Variable` action.                                                                                         |
  | Systems         | A comma-separated list of systems to scan the sample on. Systems list can be obtained using `List Systems` action.<br /><br />**Note:** If left empty, default systems value will be used. |
