# Create Record Attachment

Create an attachment on a specified record at the specified attachment key.

**Required OAuth scope:** `public.records.createAttachments`

## Basic Parameters

  | Attachment Key | The key of the attachment on the record. |
  | File Identifier | The identifier of the file to upload.<br /><br />A file identifier represents a file created or referenced earlier in the workflow.<br /><br />**For example:** by the `Set File Variable` action.<br /><br />For more information, refer to [Blink documentation](https://docs.blinkops.com/docs/workflows/building-workflows/files). |
  | File Name | The name of the file, including a supported extension.<br /><br />Supported extensions are `.doc`, `.docx`, `.pdf`, `.xls`, `.xlsm`, `.xlsx`, `.eml`, `.tif`, `.jpg`, `.png`, `.jpeg`, `.txt`, `.ppt`, `.pptx`, `.msg`, `.csv`, `.gif`, `.htm`, `.rtf`, `.xml`, `.asice`, `.adoc`, `.bdoc`, `.ddoc`, `.edoc`, `.json`, and `.jsonl`.<br /><br />**For Example:** `NDA - Acme LLC.pdf` |
  | Record ID | The ID or Ironclad ID of the record. |
