# Add Risk

Adds a new risk to an organization. User must have the `risk.update` scope.

## Basic Parameters

  | Description      | The description of the risk.                           |
  | Owner ID         | The unique identifier of the owner of this risk.       |
  | Risk Identifier  | The identifier of the risk.                            |
  | Risk Name        | The name of the risk.                                  |
  | Risk Register ID | The unique identifier of a risk register for the risk. |

  | Response             | The response to the risk.                        |
  | Tolerance Level      | The tolerance level of the risk.                 |
