# List Statuses

List the ticket statuses configured in Halo ITSM.

## Basic Parameters

| Parameter | Description |
| - | - |
| Ticket ID | The ID of the ticket to filter statuses by. Can be obtained from the `List Tickets` action. |
| Ticket Type ID | The ID of the ticket type to filter statuses by. Can be obtained from the `List Ticket Types` action. |
| Ticket Type IDs | A comma-separated list of ticket type IDs to filter statuses by. Can be obtained from the `List Ticket Types` action. |
| Type | The status type to filter by. For example, `ticket` returns all ticket statuses. |

## Advanced Parameters

| Parameter | Description |
| - | - |
| Domain | Select the area to count tickets in. |
| Exclude Closed | Select to exclude the closed status from the response. |
| Exclude Pending | Select to exclude the pending closure status from the response. |
| First Child Ticket ID | The ID of the first child ticket to filter statuses by. |
| Outcome ID | The ID of the outcome to filter statuses by. Can be obtained from the `List Outcomes` action. |
| Show All | Select to return all statuses, overriding permissions. |
| Show Counts | Select to include the number of tickets for each status in the response. |
| Show Quick Change Options | Select to include the quick change options in the response. |
| Split Closed | Select to split the closed statuses in the response. |
| Ticket Area ID | The ID of the ticket area to count tickets in. |
| Ticket Type Group ID | The ID of the ticket type group to filter statuses by. |
| View ID | The ID of the ticket view to count tickets in. |
