# Add Note To Ticket

Add a note or a status change to a ticket.

## Basic Parameters

| Parameter | Description |
| - | - |
| Note | The plain-text note to add to the ticket. |
| Ticket ID | The ID of the ticket. Can be obtained from the `List Tickets` action. |

## Advanced Parameters

| Parameter | Description |
| - | - |
| Hidden From User | Select to hide this note from the end user. |
| New Status | The ID of the new ticket status to set. Can be obtained from the `List Statuses` action. |
| Note Html | The HTML-formatted note to add to the ticket. |
| Outcome ID | The ID of the outcome of the action. Can be obtained from the `List Outcomes` action. |
| Private Note | The text to add to the ticket as a private note. |
| Send Email | Select to notify the ticket's end user by email. |
