List branches.

## Parameters

  | Parameter        | Description                                                                   |
  | ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  | Owner            | The organization or person who owns the repository. github.com/{owner}/{repo} |
  | Page             | Page number of the results to fetch.                                          |
  | Per Page         | The number of results per page (max 100).                                     |
  | Repo             | Name of the repository owned by the owner. github.com/{owner}/{repo}          |
  | Return All Pages | Automatically fetch all resources, page by page.                              |
