# Create Reply With Attachments

Create a reply on a Freshservice ticket with attachments.

**Important:** The total size of all the ticket's attachments cannot exceed 40 MB.

  | BCC Emails       | A comma-separated list of email addresses to add to the `bcc` field of the outgoing ticket email.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                |
  | Body             | The content of the reply in HTML format.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         |
  | CC Emails        | A comma-separated list of email addresses to add to the `cc` field of the outgoing ticket email.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 |
  | File Identifiers | A comma-separated list of the identifiers of the files.<br /><br />A file identifier represents a file created or referenced earlier in the workflow (for example, from a file action or another step that produces a file).<br /><br />See [Using with Files in Workflows](https://docs.blinkops.com/docs/workflows/building-workflows/files)for more details. |
  | From Email       | The email address from which the reply is sent.
